Zerbu Tabek has just released The Sims 4: Get To School Mod. Given that Fallout 4 is only a week old, many of these mods are simple cosmetic upgrades - higher-quality 3-D models and textures, color swaps, a Taylor Swift background for the playable. A solution for the pubic hair color version would be to replace all the vanilla armors and clothes with versions with skirt, unfortunately there is no mod that covers all the clothes.
